The Invite

We met at a time when love was the last thing I was expecting. One introduction turned into a conversation, and that conversation turned into us not wanting to be apart—ever. From day one, he showed up with the kind of steady, take-charge energy that made me feel safe, seen, and completely adored.He makes sure I’m happy, full, smiling, and reminded every single day of how deeply I’m loved. He still hasn’t figured out how to tell me “no,” and honestly, I don’t plan on helping him learn. Together, we’re our most genuine selves—goofy, laughing at everything, binge-watching our favorite shows, and yelling at the TV when our teams are playing. We love doing life side by side, from the big adventures and long road trips to the quiet nights in.He came into my life and proved that superheroes really do exist. He balances me, strengthens me, and brings out the best parts of who I am. Our story didn’t begin with a plan, but with a feeling—and that feeling turned into forever.

I wasn't looking for anything, then I found everything-her. From the moment we met, we clicked. She matched my energy, my humor, my heart, and being without her didn't feel right. I love taking care of her, making her smile, keeping her fed (even when she pretends she isn't hungry), and reminding her just how loved she is.She's my peace and my excitement all at once.
